    1. General provisions:

                                      

1.1  Open creative project «International Сreative Workshop» conducted to develop the spirituality of the younger generation, preservation of musical traditions of multinational musical art and further development of musical heritage, popularization of academic art, improving the professional skills of teachers of art institutions, formation of high aesthetic needs of the younger generation;

1.2  «International Сreative Workshop» will host an international competition for children and youth creativity «Talents of the world», master classes, creative meetings, presentations, open lessons, round tables;

1.3  To participate in the project «International Сreative Workshop», master classes, presentations of the latest scientific, educational and methodical and musical editions leading teachers of art schools art universities, famous artists, outstanding figures of musical art, composers are invited,;  

2. Founders and organizers: 

2.1 The founders of the project are «Art School №4, Odesa», Fundacja Inicjatywy Artystyczne«UNISSON» Poland;

2.2 The organizing committee of the project and the competition includes:

     -  «Art School №4, Odesa»;

     -  Department of Culture and Tourism of Odessa City Council;

     -  Department of Culture, Nationalities, Religions and Protection of Cultural Heritage of the Odesa Regional State Administration (by the consent);

     -  Odesa National Music Academy named after A.V. Nezhdanova (by the consent);

     -   Fundacja Inicjatywy Artystyczne «UNISSON» Poland;

     -   Państwowa Szkoła Muzyczna I i II stopniaim. Wandy Kossakowej, Sanok, Poland;

3. The purpose and objectives of the project:

3.1   Cooperation with art education institutions of foreign countries; 

3.2   Participation in the implementation of international, in particular artistic and artistic-educational projects and programs, with the involvement of foreign experts in conducting master classes and other forms of educational and artistic activities;

3.3  Exchange of pedagogical experience, discussion of pedagogical problems and employees' advanced training, on purpose of the artistic elementary education quality improvement; 

3.4  International schoolchildren and teachers` relations strengthening

3.5  Popularization of European values

3.6 Enrichment of the repertoire with highly artistic works of modern composers

    

4. Terms and conditions:

4.1   The third «International Creative Workshop» project will be held from May 5  to  7, 2022 in Sanok, Poland;

4.2 To participate in the competition, please fill the application form.

Acceptance of the application ends  on May 10, 2022.

4.3 The event is held once a year; 

4.4  Teachers of higher and secondary special music institutions, art schools are invited to participate in the project; and students of art schools, studios and specialized music boarding schools.

4.5  The composition of specialists who will conduct master classes, presentations and round tables is approved by the Founders.

CONDITIONS

The purpose and main tasks of the competition:    

• identification and support of young performers;

• cooperation with art education institutions of foreign countries; 

• increasing executive competencies;  

• participation in the implementation of international, in particular artistic and artistic-educational projects and programs, with the involvement of foreign experts in conducting master classes and other forms of educational and artistic activities;

• measures for pedagogical experience exchange, pedagogical problems solution and improvement ofthe skills of employees, aimed at improving the quality of primary art education; 

• international schoolchildren and teachers` relations strengthening; 

• of classical and modern composers` works popularization;

                                                   

Conditions:

The competition is held in 3 rounds:

All tours are remote.

 

Nominations:

Instrumental genre:

  • piano

  • stringed instruments

  • folk instruments

  • wind and percussion instruments

  • academic vocals

  • folk vocals

 Ensembles of small forms (from 2 to 6 people)

  • instrumental

  • vocal

Ensemble is allowed to include 1 adult candidate with his accompanist.

 

Age categories:

  • debut up to 7 years

  • 1st age category:  8 – 9 years

  • 2nd age category: 10 - 12 years

  • 3rd age category: 13 - 15 years

  • 4th age category: 16-19 years

  • 5th age category: 20 years – without restrictions

Competitive requirements:

3 works must be submitted to participate in the competition.

FOLK VOCAL

ENSEMBLES

І round: I age category:

  • 2 diverse compositions

     II, III, IV, V age categories:

  • 2 diverse compositions, one of which was written before 1900

     (folk ensembles - 2 different works)

ІІ round: 

  • 2 diverse compositions, one of which is a composition of free choice from the first round and a composition of a modern composer of the country represented by the participant;

 

The winners of the first round receive confirmation of participation in the second round, and the rest - diplomas for participation in the competition

Sound duration: 

І category – up to 5 min.

ІІ category – up to 10 min.

ІІІ, ІV, V categories – up to 12 min.

 

ІІІ round: First degree winners compete for the GRAND PRIX. Performance of one work of your choice from I - II rounds. 

 

        To participate in the competition, please fill the application form.

Acceptance of the application ends  on May 10, 2022.

All of your program, except the ensembles,

must be performed by heart.

Jury:

The jury consists of leading teachers and composers – representatives of the participating states; not less than 3 states.

The jury is approved by the Founders.

The jury and the organizers of the competition provide certificates to all participants of art and educational events.

The participants of the competition are determined by the decision of the jury on a 100-point grading system: 95-100 – GRAND PRIX

                     90-94 – laureates of the I degree

                     85-89 – laureates of the II degree

                     80-84 – laureates of the ІІІ degree 

                     79      – diploma for participation 

By the decision of the jury, duplication of prizes is allowed, and the jury has the right to award not all prizes.

 

 Distinctions and awards

  •  All project participants receive a certificate of the appropriate sample 

  •  All participants of the competition receive Diplomas of the participant or the winner of the competition

  • The jury reserves the right not to award diplomas of a certain degree or Grand Prix.

 Financial conditions of the project

The project and competition are funded by sponsorship and voluntary contributions. Participants from Ukraine pay a fee of 100 UAH. Participants from other countries 20 EURO. 

We provide you with 50% discount (10 EURO) for participation in the additional solo nomination. The discount does not apply to the "ensembles" nomination.

Bank details are sent in response after completing the application.

Charitable contributions of participants for the competition will be transferred to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
